How much pre-tension are you guys winding on when fitting the forge actuators?
1999 1.8t AGU, KNN Panel filter, Smoothed air box, Custom CAI, Forge 007 dv, REVO stage 1, 3" eBay TBE. Audi TT quickrack.

To come - A DIY hybrid K03 and a whole lot of supporting mods!

the only tension i put is just enough to take up the slack and about one turn just to make sure.

Slightly different but on my k03s with forge actuator yellow spring I used the 3tuurn preload method  :smiley:
