It's still a stupid idea.

It gets you more space, but I'll bet it weighs masses and it'll break and all you can use the space for is sleeping in.

without even checking the link I bet this is that crap idea of having an extension pop out of the rear of the camper. Absolutely pointless as for 20k less you can get a conveyed pop top 4 berth with money to spare on a nice Toy for the weekend. Imagine a rear end shunt in that?  Gonna cost big time. And if it needs to be OEM its as DH says: California or GTFO.
