k jet injectors

so how do you pull them out 
...according to the manual , they pull out by hand ,do i need a gorilla ?
just wondered if there was any tips ..1986 8v GTI, they've been in a lonnnnnnng time

yeah they pull out easily if the seals are knackered. if they are in tight you can prise them with a long flat head with the blade just under the nut on top of injector, and prising off against the head while pulling

its far easier on a 16v
