Loan car from VW? What to expect/what can I ask for?

I usually get a Polo too but have also had a Jetta. It's different down the road at the BMW dealership when our lass's car goes in. They've given me one of those blown up Minis before but also a Mini Roadster (both top of the range) and a brand new 320d. It's just so much slicker and professional than VW which is why I get annoyed when VW bang on that they're a premium brand. They're not. A mass market brand which treats its customers as such.

I've had a basic fox, polo and a golf. Wouldn't expect much more. Might get an Up now I spose!
