Second, why not take the 16V badges on and just get the GTI badges off of the 8v Anni like mine?

i kinda wanted to get a TT badge and modify the gti  badge to say gTTi but changed my mind as i wouldnt be able to do the ones on the side mouldings so wouldnt match

I have exactly the same car as you (16v 4 door Mystic Blue anni), however I am missing the front 16v badge, so if it makes you feel better you could sell the badge to me so you know the 16v badge will be going onto another original anni lol

Hey Dannyboi, apologies as this thread was originally about your conversion before we got onto the subject about badges!!!

But just goes to show how controversial a little thing like that is. And isn't it good how passionate we all are about our mk3's!!!
