Advice on a 20vt swap?

Hi everyone

Im in the early stages of starting a 20vt swap into a mk2,ive got a donar car mk4 gti, agu etc.
The mk4 is a comlpete running car i got from a mate at a steal!

On the look out for a mk2 shell or whatever i can get really, i plan to have a cage, seats and the basics inside so will be painting the inside as well as the outside when i finally source one a nd crack on.

Right, i want to use as much of the mk4 as i can, can some one please tell me or point me in the right direction as to what i can use etc........

Engine,box,looms,ecu,running gear ie brakes,shafts,subframes etc,fuelpump etc
