5stud conversion

Hi I was just woundering what would I have to do to convert my 1999 caddy to 5stud

swap front and rear hub with a golf that has 5 stud..... those were gti, vr6....
which have different axle setup (plus axle).... i'll let you do the math of that ;))

The caddy a have leaf spring tho? So how does that work
