I've tried, I've googled, nothing has come good so far.
Considering the OMP Corsica dished wheel is so common I would have thought this would be all over the web.

The car has a brass/copper spiggot (flap), the OMP wheel boss has a brass slip ring, there is good contact between the two.
There is a single spade connector coming up from the boss.

I connect the spade to the horn push, nada, as you would expect.
I get the trusty multimeter out, I've got a positive supply to the horn push, but no route to earth.
I try the boss, the ring, the spiggot everything and I cannot find an earth.

I don't want to have cable round the boss as on full lock it will be under tension, if it's long enough then it would look gash.

Please help.

I thought the spigot ring is the earth

You need to do is connect the spade connect from the car to the button on the wheel.

But you've done that so maybe the switch is at fault?

so just the single spade connection?
what does the horn push do then?
The multimeter shows no earth in that area, and if the horn push is acting as a switch then it needs to have a supply and a return else how is it making the circuit when pushed?

I don't want a separate horn swtich on a toggle if it can be helped, so I'd like to figure this one out.

Thanks for your help so far

The horn push has a little steel spring on it's periphery that touches the brass spigot, which touches the boss, which earths through the spline.

I must have a dodgy relay then, I can't find any earth in the spline or anywhere within the boss..

There isn't a connector, it earths to the chassis. Try pulling the trim off beneath the steering column and checking for continuity between bare metal and various bits of the steering wheel assembly.
