Mk5 boot handle wiring

Anyone done this them selves? I am having agro getting it sorted...I have tried to understand a guide or two from Ukmkivs but it makes minimal sense.  :sad:

If anyone has any digrams/help I'd be very thankful.

Ive tried digging out the info i had but i cant find it  :sad:

Going to have to rely on my memory.....

Struggling finding the correct wiring and a diagram to wire in the new bora CCM I have.

I have a diagram from ukmkivs but it says there is a a connector on 'pin 2' of the larger connector to the CCM, however there isn't. Thinking I may need to run this in my self.

How did you do yours Rhyso?

I think you had to switch a pin or two around but I didnt have to run any wires from front to back

I have a few pics. I have spoken to aRd on ED, real name Ray, he has helped me out. Just need to get a VW repair wire to do it properly then re code keys.

I'll take some good photos and post them all when sorted.  :smiley:

maybe worth doing a guide to stop all the confusion you are haivng
vw golf mk4 ARZ 1.8T pipercross panel filter, xenon headlights, JOMS coilovers, forge 007p with green spring, audi tt anti roll bar, 3inch ebay trubo back exhaust, COOKIES MONSTER STICKER(adds bhp I swear)

It will be a very small guide but there will be one.
