Aren't mk3s limited to 4mph inland? just needs some tyres hanging from the side to make it the perfect learner car!

Spoke to a driving instructor today, there is no age limit on the type of car that can be used by a driving instructor in fact he told me that there is a fella in Exeter who uses a very clean and tidy 1975 mini.
