I was also thinking of the eibach sports springs, how much does it lower the car? Thanks

about 20-30mm i think.....Ive also been looking at a pair.

I chose H&R springs for my GTD which uses the same springs a GTI.
I think they sit perfect and with a comfortable ride.

Seat height adjusters
Fart (clutch rest) pedal cover
Alloy tank caps
Hatchbag boot liner
Decent tax disc holder

All of which are minor compared to huge mods but all can be removed and either sold on or used in another Golf.

Yeah had them powder coated and coloured shadow chrome.
They change from light silver to almost anthracite depending on light.
The original diamond cut finish had corrosion on the edges.
I prefer the new finish now though.

They look great!  I have them on my white GTD, they would look great in anthracite  :cool:

The front wheel in my pic kind of shows the 2 different colours depending in light.
Nice and perfect job but expensive.
