Rear shocker top mounts (mk3 GTi)

Hi, can you still get the rear shocker top mount metal top hats? when i replaced my shocks i found that one of the top hats was missing, and had been replaced with a large washer...

So i could do with a contact to get hold of a set, also a schematic to confirm which way round it all goes together...
