Bit random but is it safe to use just 4 nuts on one of my wheels on a gti?i didn't think it would be a problem???

Should only do that if you push it around in a big garage say. Driving is a bad idea.


But if I had to drive somewhere to buy some new ones then I would do it, but carefully. Don't advise you to though.

I was just asking as I have to make a 5-10 minute trip to the garage..i didn't say I was off to do 15 laps of the ring!

You would pretty much be driving there with no insurance if u had a accident they would throw the claim out the window if they know its only got 4 wheel nuts u see idiots buy 5 stud alloy wheel and only have 4 stud hub i wouldnt risk it mate driving with a missing wheel nut

I strongly advise you not to do that. But I would do that drive with 4 bolts.
