For christs sake don't use deep heat. It masks the pain, so you think it's healing. Then you go and make it ten times worse.

I done my back in on holiday a few weeks ago. I slipped getting into the swimming pool and twisted my knee and back.

I went to an osteopath when I got back and she sorted it out after only a couple of sessions. Cost £42-00 per visit.
