Meyle now a days.... I have being hearing of some bad stories of new febi stuff!!

I've had lemforder top mounts before, they not cracking at all tbh. Not sure about the axle bushes though.

Been down to the stealers, Axle Bushes £48 each. Front top shocker mounts around £40 each, But the best bit is, they dont know what make they'll be. Proper Nobs  :evil:

I've read some good reviews about Meyle parts, inc bushes.

I think i'm going to buy Meyle Axle bushes and buy top shocker mounts from Tierod69.  :smiley:

well lemforder were/are one of the o.e suppliers (but so are febi and meyle!)

and the dealer wont know the brand as they will be labelled vw on the box (but should be boge units inside but who knows!!) oh and £40 is +vat

oh and tierod is a good place to buy from.... they know what common parts the golf needs and sell them at good prices (just be wary of any cofap parts they sell!!)

What the boneman said above,  ive very rarely had any issues with Spencers (tierod69) gear.
