Wheel size ?? Urgent

Hello lads I've got the 180bhp AUQ and it has rather bigger brakes on the front they are standard breaks...  Now what is the smallest wheel size I can go in the original vw golf mk4 range wheels monti 2's??

Many thanks lads as I'm I urgent need of the answer for this :(

16" will be the smallest you'll get away with.
