Scraping noise from n/s front.

Hello chaps.

I finished replacing the subframe yesterday (which had new arb, wishbones and rear engine mounts fitted at the same time) and after taking it for a drive today i'm getting a metallic scraping noise like something is fouling on the nearside front. It's quiet and hardly noticeable when going straight but gets worse when turning either left or right.

I've had the car up and checked the wheel bearings for play and there isn't any. Disc shield is not touching anything. Disc itself is a little rusty but not excessive. Any ideas? It wasn't doing it before the frame was replaced. I have noticed though that i now have some brake judder. The bushes were so shot i wouldn't have noticed it before. The suspension is totally standard with standard wheels.

Have u checked ball joints track rod ends anti roll bar links suspensiom top mount for any play double check anything u have replaced make sure its all in proparly and tight brake judger can happen when u apply the brakes and the caliper grabs the disc it can create play in anything in a driveline component that could be loose or a worn

Found the problem. The disc appears to have a bit of warp in it and the disc shield was touching it. Bent it back a bit and the noise has gone.

The only thing that wasn't replaced were the track rod ends. I've just double checked what i replaced and all is tight and well in where it should.
