Soooo, with moving unto my own unit soon, it was time to down size the work van and buy something a bit more appropriate for what I like and what I'm about! I initially wanted a Polo Caddy Van to drop on some coilies, but when Rich Sterry posted this up on FB, it ticked all the boxes for what I wanted, so I struck a deal and headed down to Camborne to pick it up :)

Pics from the FB post, when it was on banded G60's and how it was sold with the Cupra Alloys.

A few I took after driving it around for a few days.

Then I replaced the headlights with a set of GTI Dual chambers I had lying around and a two bar GTI grill!

the car came fitted with Blue and Black leather Recaro interior, I also bought Tom Richards OMP Rep steering wheel which I fitted as soon as I got home from picking her up :)

Short term plans are to change the wheels, give her a thorough clean and polish and recolour the interior.

Long term plans are Full Respray in original Alpine White, TDI engine conversion and as many optional extras and mod cons as I can fit in her :)

Comments welcome!

Looks good,  infact both sets of wheels seem to suit it particularly well.  What rims have you got lined up for it next then?

I'm buying my old Porsche Cups back that I had on my old Mk3, the darker red colour coded one with the Vento front end :) I sold them to a mate and made him promise to give me first refusal when he fancies a change :)
