This is what I hate about this forum- ends up costing me lots of dough in mods I keep wanting! 

Halfway through the aero wiper mod at moment- replaced back wiper with the BMW jobbie as road salt had corroded the original arm and it snapped when I went to clean the glass.

Can you get punched leather retrim from your guy?

I've just replaced my wipers with the aero type ones, however I got 2 different types of fittings with mine, so no need to change the wiper arms. I'm surprised you had to change yours wiper arms

He might be doing what I did, changing the arms to a TT arm and a Lupo GTi arm to allow for a true, flat aero wiper to go on rather than a retrofit.

Exactly that Shady- I have already got the Bosch retrofit blades for hooked arms but they look a bit big and clunky.

Well I got my wheel done by Jack at Royal Steering Wheels and was more than impressed with the workmanship and the quality of the materials. I did a wheel exchange so I got a new wheel to swap over with my old one.

I was so impressed with what he had done with the wheel I thought my gear knob and handbrake now looked out of place with worn leather, so I got him to do these too.

Superb work and now makes the interior complete for me, bar a rip in the seat bolster fabric- which is the last job to fix!
