Drill out old floor and weld in the new one? Or take bits from it?
Trust me its hell of a lot easier to just get some sheet metal. If the whole floor is f**ked then its cheaper to scrap and buy a new car.
my mate wants to keep the original shape of the car underneath, that's why he wants a new floor pan so he can cut out and weld in place or cut out bits from the new floorpan and use what he needs.
He knows it's cheaper to buy sheets of metal and weld, but doesn't want to go through the hassle of shaping the underneath. He's on another level altogether
