What would you recomend using to clean the upper inlet manifold while on car to get it looking fresh?

Brake cleaner and elbow grease should do the trick.

Buy one for £20, bead clean, paint and swap it over, sell old one onto forum member.....

I steam cleaned mine with hot soapy water.. best way to get in all the little nooks and crannies
