Job number 1&2:- replace coolant temp sensor and thermostat...I've only forgot to buy coolant haha...and no-one down here has a coolant sensor in stock...halfords want £27 but won't be in til Wednesday latest...can try the local stealers tomoz!! Prob mega bucks tho

Job number 3:- replace rear disc and pads....ohhhh noooo I don't!! The previous owner in all his cleverness, has only put one locker on the whole car...and i dont have me the key, tried halfords locker removel tool...nope...tried to break it off...nope...looks like a trip to the local grease monkeys to remove...if they can...

Job number 4:- cant be done until coolant sensor is in..

You could just drain your coolant into a bucket and reuse it, not ideal but at least you'll be able to change the stat. Coolant can be replaced at a later date

As for temp sensor, I'm sure dealers are around the same price as that halfrauds one.

Yeah sensors from VW go up more than petrol prices
ARZ K03s, Oettinger Side Skirts, R32 front, Carbon stage 2, Forge 007p (yellow spring), Forge Actuator (yellow spring), Pipercross panel filter with DSG parts, N249 and N112 deleted, SAI deleted, Carbon canister deleted, Rear wiper deleted, Long Life turbo back custom exhaust with 200 cell sports cat, VR6/G60 clutch kit, Creation Motorsport TIP, Catch can, 'Wellycooler', K04 charge pipe, S3 ported inlet manifold - looks pretty standard on the outside though :)
