Thought I would introduce myself to the forum.
Im Ade from worcester, currently own a mk6 Gti. Been a petrol head for years and enjoy driving faster cars. Not long been into the VW scene but love it. Before VW I was into Minis and had a very tuned up Cooper S. This was a 2004 model which from the standard 163 bhp, I took it to 240 bhp. Then I needed a diesel for a change of job which ment more miles so instead of selling the Mini, I got a second car. Along came a 2002 Golf 150 GT TDI. This was a great car, so effortless to drive and quick for what it was. Then 3 years later I transferred closer to home so I ended up selling both cars to buy the car I have now which I love.
Golf Gti 2012 5 door in black which is quite speced. I will have to post some pictures some time. It has the nav, 18 monza's, factory xenons, led rear lights, leather and sunroof. Of course there has been some mods, this is me. 2 weeks after having the car a non res Miltek cat back was fitted, this is an awesome bit of kit. Then a revo stage 1 map and some pressed plates from UD the other week.
For now I'll have a look around the site and would love to get involved, maybe a club stand, we will see. I'll get some pics up soon
