trouble starting in the cold

Everytime its cold my car struggles to turn over and if its really cold the battery is pretty much flat I've had the battery checked and apparently its fine can anybody think of anything else that might be causing the problem? Help is appreciated this is starting to do my bonce in

Could be the battery . may say its fine but might be on the limit and the cold weather will eventually kill the battery by a new battery and be done with it
