Hi to everyone from West Sussex.
I'm new to the hole gti turbo game I got
Myself a 85k golf and the temp gauge has
Stoped working no over heating still blows hot
Changed the temp senser still not working
It's reeding -40 odd. Any help please as it's
To pi"" me off now.

the wiring in the temp sensor is probably dodgy, undo the sensor/reconnect it 2 or 3 times and it should read..... did you replace the sensor for a genuine one not an ebay jobbie as they last around 5 minutes

A OE one. I will try and unplug. But was thinking
Of putting new coolant in as its looking very
Rust colour do you know how to bleed the system?

could be thermostat.
