Looking for a complete new set of adjuster screws for main and full beam lamps, as mine have rusted away and are broken/seized and the headlight aim is all over the show!

I've fixed my GTI headlights (Hella) with adjusters from a single chamber (Bosch) lights - also mk3....

Might got a plastic bit still somewhere around if you can send me a photo and take some measurements of length etc then could check if the one i have would fit yours?

I'm on about the Hella twin lights not the standard MK3 lights.

These are the screws (pics courtesy of Mr Pioneer).

I got long M6 bolts and several washers and nuts and basically made my own. Mount the bolt head up tight with a nut with washers either side onto a fixed point and then you can move the nut back and forward to adjust the beam.

Where all my moneys went.

I need to replace a couple of mine too, well the white plastic piece that surrounds the screw head. I once found a German forum that suggested using some BMW parts, possibly E30? I'd have to go and find it again, also my German is next to nothing.

When I can be arsed to take my twins off and measure them up I'll make a few sets up at work and send them to you for postage. Can't say when it will be but I'll let you know!
