I have a full wiring loom here....climatronic heating with aircon from a 99 T reg AGU golf.
Im putting it into my shell, however, I have noticed theres a few plugs/issues that I might have.
First off is the 4 pin air con pressure switch. Can this just be left unplugged?
There is a load of different wiring down for the fans, I THINK this gti has a relay box? for the fans which bolted to passenger chassis leg. is there any way I can adjust the wiring so I run a single large fan instead of the twin fans that are on the aircon/dual fan setups?
Is there a easy way to convert the interior wiring to suit that of a non climatronic matrix? Im not messing about sticking aircon in, as its a waste of time, adds weights and windows do a good job of cooling the car.
Also, theres a big multiplug that would sit in the black trunking in near side of engine bay.....Does anyone know what this does and how would I go about converting it....if needed, to run a AUM wiring loom?
Is there anything with the 3 plugs in white box under wiper mechanism I would need to change...such as re-pinning wires so match up with the later loom.
