sh!t man, seeing that Golf like that scares me! Hope you both get well soon and definately pursue it mate, she should be off the road if she can't concentrate on it, IMHO.

Went out with Velly and Chris and they said about it, gutted, Velly showed me all the pics and I cant believe you got out with as few injuries as you did.
Get on your shopmobility cart and we'll see you at the meet next week, If you leave on wednesday you will be there by sunday, I'm sure

That's nasty. A police prosecution wouldn't make any difference with your claim so i wouldn't worry too much about that. The claim will be a big one though and when it goes to court the legal guys can get access to the police accident report which will stand up nicely and get her insurance paying out for any of your losses and more.

Get well soon mate , that looks like a fairly massive impact , and one totally amgled motor ,
like its been said someone drifting
onto the other side of the road an very nerly killing to innocent people is much less dangerouse than creeping over the speed limit on a clear fine day
