i got some aftermarket alloys for my mk4 golf but the standard wheel nuts are not long enought will i need spacers for extended wheel nuts ?

No mate they will screw in fine with out spacers as long as they aren't stupidly long. Can get many different length bolts.

Didn't think I'd need spacers I phoned up a car spares place near me they said they can do me 20 longer ones for £20 is that sound about the right place

Went down there but he only has 12 of them but took my car and new alloys to a car shop today he looked at my standard bolts and he don't think I'd need longer ones so gonna try and put the alloys on tonight in work
