drums to disc

hi i was wondering can you buy a kit that converts a rear drum brake system to a disc brake system, i have a golf cl p reg 97. if someone knows a link could you please post as i am stugling trying to find one.

looking at photo of your engine - put some other powerplant in. you won't ever need discs in the rear with that small thing... not even on a track day  :evil:

In that case I would get a donor car and switch everything over including the 5 stud wheels.

but if you keep it 4 stud just fit mk2 or mk3 4 stud rear disc set up... a few of the 1.8t runners on here still run 4 stud hubs/brakes

you can also use mk2 280mm front brakes (on 4 stud)... much better than 239mm that's fitted!
