Went to pick up my weighted shift rod at the stealers - £12.75, i only had a £20 note and the they had no change, so had it for a tenner :)

Got my new front tyres fitted and balanaced for £3 per wheel!

Now something is going to go wrong  :laugh:

you might be alright,

normally if i find a £10 on the floor ill loose £200 the next day though.... not lucky me!

Have you got a part number for the weighted shift rod aswell ? Gonna be at VW tommorrow picking something up and wouldnt mind ordering it..

do these weighted shift rods actually make alot of difference? i've seen them on ebay and thought they were just a vag ploy!

they do make a difference, nothing too exciting though. worth the £12 i'd say....
