Idle become very low..and when the temperature gets down ,it's dificult  to start...How can regulate it¿?

you can't, it's electronically controlled.

there is something wrong with the engine if idle is too slow. check fault codes and do a log drive with vcds....

I did and the vag com don't found any fault code....I don't know what it's wrong...I changed the ecu sensor, lambda probe and flowmeter and nothing...the idle it's low...

how low is the idle?

and what is an ecu sensor

was the lambda not giving any response in the measuring blocks in vagcom or why did you replace it?
does the coolant temperature in vagcom read roughly the same as the temp in the instrument cluster?
does it run well otherwise?

Ecu temp sensor...

the iddle it's about 500/600 rmp and the mixture I think it's to high of Fuel.

I changed for try but the vag com don't found nothing.

The temt it's the seam.

does it run normal except for low idle??

inspect ignition parts (sparks, lead, distributor) and also check for air leaks.

does it idle normal when you disconnect the MAF (air flow meter)?

what do you mean vagcom doesn't find anything? have you checked measurement blocks or just read fault codes?
have a look at the ross-tech website to check what you can do with vagcom or vcds....
