19's on a mk4 ??

I'm looking to get a set of x5 rims 19' will I need spacer's ??

Does anyone else have 19' on there car ?

Does it scrub ?

youll need them as i dont think theyre straight replacement so 20mm spacer/adapters will be needed

i think BMs are 5 x 120 you will need adapters and mate they aint cheap  :shocked:
Will always love my mk4 but she had to go...225 Quattro TT in its place....but its still black (she lives on in spirit!)

As already said, you'll need adaptors to fit them. BMW are 5x120 and the MK4 is 5x100, you'll need the narrowest adaptors that you can find which will be around 15-20mm.

Then it depends on the offset and width of the wheels. I'd guess you'll struggle to fit them without stretch and arch work (depending on how low you are).

They look quite smart! Thank The Lord for the golf mk4 arches being able to take nice big shiny wheels haha

What profile tyres on the 19s?
Golf GTI ... What else would you have?

Think they are 35 can't remember. Wheels are 19/8 with 235/ rubber.

But that is irrelevant unless they're 9J and lower than et30 - which I doubt.

Yea no idea of offset, pretty sure they are 8j but he asked if anyone fitted 19"s i have although tbf they were on the car already but i guess they would cost a fair bit new.
These are a common wheel on the golf i guess the bmw wheels are incorrect offset?
