However again! you still have not got what you paid for, if that was me id be back on the phone ask to speak to mike, ask him for his email address and send him these pctures and ask him this question. "Mike look at the pictures, if you just paid XXX and you had to send them back and they come back like this what would you expect?"
He will more than likely say, i'll pick them up and redo them, say NO thats not good enough. you do not want to wait any longer you do not want to wait for them to be picked up, redone and have a 50/50 chance of them being wrong again.
Tell him you are willing to keep the wheels as are however you do expect them to offer a small refund considdering you have not received the "professional" finsih they promissed you. Stay clarm and explain that yo are happy that they first accknowedged there mistake and you where very happy with there "turbo" service but you feel there "turbo" service was maybe rushed to quickly and small mistakes have been made yet again. Explain that its not your problem whatever sutuation that has caused this from there end as you paid them for a service you quiet frankly have not recived.
