can agu's be remapped?

Spoke to a few people and theyre telling me agu ecus cant be remapped :/
Buttt i rung rtech and said what car it was and they said yeah its fine to do a custom remap.
Bit confused

 Nah om a serious note iv read a few times that they can be done. But yeah rtech r gna know alot more than some others

An AGU can be remapped but since they have a KO3 (not S) turbo you wont see more then 190 brake generally speaking.

The KO3s is a straight swap turbo so if you want more power its best to invest in one of those with mods then get a remap to see up to 240-245 at top whack.

Yeah got a k03s coming on the 20th.. gna buy a fmic this week, 3inch maf and decat then being remaped in april. Rtech said ill b looking at 230bhp

I would have thought you would have needed a few more things, new dv, induction kit, exhaust system. Im not a tuner but I have been through the whole new engine buying mods and remapping....either way, good luck!

Yeah got exhaust and induction kit on. Do need to purchase a forge dv and forge actuator though
