Car gets filthy... Fast.
« on: 05 March 2013, 21:58 »
I love on a dusty road.. My car is black. Within two days of cleaning she's practically grey with fifth. Is there anything I can do to stop this sh!te clinging to my beloved car? Waxing is no help. :-(

If it is well waxed and protected, just get some snow foam. Quick spray over, as long as it is reputable stuff dirt and grime should slide off a well protected car.

Waxes do tend to attract more dust due to the process of application and removal, ie buffing,

Sealants will attract less dust as there application and removal create less static build up on the panel they also sheet better than waxes which keeps the cleaner to an extent.

Not saying your car won't get dirty but sealants are a winner over waxes when it comes to dirt attraction.

I've got a dark metallic blue Audi a4 avant and I use sealants over winter and it holds up well.
