Man cave
« on: 05 March 2013, 08:40 »
So, the wife and I are looking at moving house and my only prerequisite is that there is decent space for car cleaning of course a d also a room that I can turn into a man cave I.e. Xbox, beer fridge and a great sound system.

Does anyone else have a man cave that they are proud of and one they would like to show us?

The only room I need is a masturbatorium, and it's the only room you need too.

All real men need a cave or two.

Here's mine, one at the back of the garden with power and broadband.

And one in the house for my music shizzle.

In a similar boat at the mo though, looking to buy a bigger house with a garage.

What you need to do is "compromise" on just one room - ie; a double garage! That way she thinks she's won on some level, and your nice big garage whether its attached or not, has room for your car, cleaning products, a TV, WiFi, etc etc..........
If its attached as well, she won't get all mardy if you just "nip in the garage for a bit" as your still close by!

Don't think me being close by is an issue, think she'd be glad for me to bugger off for a bit!

I have a basement with weight bench, sofa, instruments, books, and my record player.
Great for social gatherings or being a hermit.

Previous owners also plastered the ceiling in an array of music and film posters which is cool.
