R32 killing pp

My r32 mk3 has killed two Pressure plates , on both occasions it was a high rpm shift in 7k region, and a rivet let go?
I 'm using a mk vr6 clutch, which I assume is good enough or this application?
Any thoughts to what is this issue ?
Cheers

I'd be tempted to speak to Helix about an uprated clutch.
