They're around the 300 quid mark! A stage 1 remap from jkm or rtech costs about the same, (cost me £190 for my stage 1 map at jkm) to be honest I'd prefer a decent stage 1 map over a bluefin flash!

Being a 99 plate most likely means its an ECU out job.

Bluefin is good for modern diesels mate just get a proper remap... Mate has it on his st made a fair diff
