Anyone on here running a turbo timer?

used to have a starlet and i liked the idea of the engine cooling down outside after a wee run, without having to sit in it ha

+look at your insurance. 99%sure its voided if car is running while your not there.

also iirc its illegal to have a car running with no driver in? (Although you will be unlucky to get donr for thay)

As above. just drive the last mile off boost. or as little boost as possible.

Not only is insurance void etc, like said above. But in the golf it is a PITA to fit there is a guide on Vortex to do it; but I'm fairly sure that as soon as the alarm is armed the engine would cut off in normal circumstances. It can be done with the addition of an extra circuit board. But once this is installed it means your car is essentially sitting there running without being able to be locked.

Nice and safe.

A turbo timer won't void your insurance, however they will increase your premium.. A lot. As I don't think your insurance take lightly the fact that your car is still running in your absence.

Who is the insurance company that's just increases your premium if you have a turbo timer?  And also have you considered the fact they might not have told there insurance
