All I kept thinking looking at the photos was you need to paint the garage walls and floor to keep the concrete dust down.
 sorry I'm spending too much time on the garagejournal and detailingworld forums. :embarrassed:

Far too much time I think....

I've got vinyl on my garage floor. Not fitted properly, it's just the old stuff I took out of our kitchen. It does a great job of keeping the dust down, but is also nicer to kneel on.

Red Mk6 gone replaced with a white Mk7 which has gone too. Green Mk2 here to stay.

I have to admit I installed a tarpalin above the car to cover the new GTD, I think concrete dust was the cause of scracthes on the old mk5s windscreen.

You could be right considering what I'm planning for a new detached garage and have spent already on cabinets for the attached garage.

I just know how bad mine is with the unsealed floor and block walls, so i'm planning to paint the walls (may also slat board them) and tile the floor in the summer.
