Whats best alarm to put in mk3 golf?

I keep having problems with fob not working on my scorpion 918,5000 alarm.
Is it worth getting a cat 1?
Toad,laserline, etc  etc. Whats the best?what have other peole fitted to there mk3 1.8t coversions as thats what i intend to doo.

A Cat1 will save you a fair bit on your insurance? do a cheeky quote and see how much it saves you, it may pay for itself in a coule of years.
