fse power boost valve any good?

Just haven a nose at upgrades. I no they were gd on the old Vauxhalls with carbs an that but not shure about injection an turbos.

Ok ppl I take the advice. I will just wait till everythin is on the car and have her done properly

Listen to the advice ive given you then?  I wont repeat it again.....get everything back to standard and working as it should and go from there.

lol ok carm down.

i dont mean to just bang it on.
i intend to get all parts i.e ko3s, new itercooler (uprated sidemount), decat bk system an the go fo the a proper map so everything can be set up properly

i just woundered would this be werth adding to the list?

i dont intend to just put stuff on here and there i would rather get it all an put it all on in a weekend that way if i hit any problems witch as allways u do lol i can carry on with everythink els

Haha, forget the uprated SMIC.  Go FMIC with 2.5" piping if you want to make worth while.

i no the most be a lot of ppl on here askin stupid questions with no intetion of ever doin them an thinkin u can spend 20 notes an get 200bhp lolol

i normaly good with shortened stuff but ant got a clue on this 1 lol sorry lol

lol just got it haha yeh i no what u mean i got some frends running big power in 300zx an gtirs an they all sed go for front mount but to get a proper one they ant cheap an i dont think i want to be spending that kind of cash am looking at 500 to 700 witch i hope should get me a ko3s (used), smic, decat bk (used if i can find a good con) an then map i kinda hoping to hit anywere from 220 to 240bhp il be happy at that

they way i see it is fwd can only go so far b4 u might aswell start off in 3rd  :grin:
an then theres the fuel i used mine everyday so dont want it to much

You'll struggle to get anything over 220bhp with a smic, seriously go for a fmic.

I'd also add a downpipe to your list, as it's by far the most restrictive part of the exhaust system. What about an upgraded tip? Forge diverter valve? Panel filter? Is the car mechanically sound at the moment? Before you start upping the power you need to make sure there are no existing faults.

Even at the top end of your budget you're going to struggle. It'll need a custom map which will be a minimum of £300, even a 3" eBay exhaust will set you back £200. That leaves you £200 for a turbo, intercooler and any other bits...

oh and the fse is pointless. the ecu will counteract anything it could attempt

I'm pretty sure Wazzzer managed to hit 225bhp, but that was with other supporting mods. Had he been running a fmic it would have been more.
