Not too worried about the fumes, I don't do that many mile in it, I'm just worried if I put a filter on the block flange then it's gonna splat oil all over all my nice shiney clean engine!? Can someone confirm or deny this? Don't want a catch tank as ie cleaned the bay! 
Just run a matt black catch can, will look tidy enough, a filter will soon block up plus even with low miles you will still suffer with fumes.
