Hi I got in my golf earlier (Mk3 2.0 16v) Turnt it over and it starts going woom woom woom (lol) Between 1000 and 2000 rpm so I started to think Idle stabilisation valve. I turnt it off and on again same thing!
However when I went out one last time to take it to the garage (where it will be worked on tomorrow morning) it started up fine autochoke came on and off as normal and drove fine. The exhaust currently has a bad blow on the flange of the manifold downpipe where it meets the cat, I'd just like to ask what people here would edge there bets on?
