around 2000£, i got k03s now but dunno if i should hybird or get a gt28rs.
I been told that hybrid k03 is better thn the hybird k03s? True?

Hybrid K03s would be a fine blower. Look at myles.
With 2k, GT28rs is realistically out the window...to do it properly would need a bit more.
Hybrid K03s, WMI and R-tech TIV+ mapping and be onto a winner.

what sort of power will the k03s hybrid push out?
And with the set up i got atm will there be anything i need to
do too make a k03s hybrid run safely

All depends on who does the hybrid tbh with you i have herd anywhere between 230 to 300 bhp but others will quote diffferent btw thats what i have heard not seen before this gets taken the wrong way

Depending on the hybrid spec any bhp is possible providing you have the right hardware to back it up.
