Hi Guys
In order to further our aspirations in the GTi MK6 market we would like to take some fresh pictures of our system on a customers car...
We would also like the opportunity to explore the possibility of a new and unique tail pipe design.
Anyone who is familiar with our work and quality from the MKV forums will bear out this opportunity and the value it represents.
We are prepared to offer a forum member a 30% discount off our retail price for any of our MK6 systems in return for using the car to promote our system.
http://www.powervalve.co.uk/vw/golf/golf-mk6-2-0-tsi-gti-2008.html
Of course all identification marks will be removed, such as the reg plate.
In addition we will do the install foc.
Many thanks
Nige

Would love to do this especially before the show season starts! Just don't have the funds at the moment. I love the look of the power valve on this. Might have to pop along as your only ten minutes from my in laws.

Nige, what is the tip design your playing with?

Hi Ginge
We tooled up a totally unique 100mm tip with a 40 degree mitre (putting a rolled edge on a 15-20 degree mitre cut is tricky - 40 degree is   )
We use this design currently on the Focus RS II
http://www.powervalve.co.uk/ford/focus/focus-rs-turbo-mk-2-2009/ford-focus-rs-turbo-mk-2-2009-catback-system-stainless-4-00-trims.html
and the Seat Leon Cupra R.
http://www.powervalve.co.uk/seat/leon-cupra-r-2-0-t-fsi-2010/seat-leon-cupra-r-2-0-t-fsi-2010-catback-system-twin-stainless-4-00-trims.html
The idea is to have the trims following the form of the rear valence perfectly, a bit like we did (again uniquely) with the 80mm 35 degree tims on the Golf V
Cheers Bud

Liking the look and sound of this
How long would you need the car for, i presume you have already got the system sorted ? is it just the tailpipe design you are after playing with and perfecting ?

Hi Neil
Yes the system is all sorted - we would just need the car for the day - pictures etc and to try the new trim option
Cheers
