Buy it back, take your bits and pieces off it and scrap it/sell it as a track shell. With the cash you've been offered you'll be able to buy another.

Pretty much resigned to the fact this is the way i will have to go now. Idea is to buy another valver and use the good parts off mine, the 9a engine swapped over then break my beloved car. Just need the money to buy a new one first!
