As said by others, if you enjoy food it's difficult to choose just one as a favourite. But............

^ Local (Lyme Bay) freshly caught scallops take some beating. All wok fried - Baby sweetcorn, mange-tout, fresh egg noodles.

^ Local fresh scallops and squid before cooking. Got both for a fiver - It's who you know!

Also local duck breasts - Roast one and eat the other cold a day or two later (when I'm alone........ Often!)
