I have a golf gti mk3 and have heard a lot about different springs but not sure which ones will give me the best ride and comfort??

Prob the standard ones if your after comfort  :laugh:

Keep the standard suspension but change your anti roll bars for stiffer ones  :wink:

Fantastic guys cheers for the advice ill look into changing the anti roll bars in that case, any ideas on the make or which antiroll bars to change to? Thanks for the advice  :smiley:

Standard springs or H&R / Eibach for a slight lowering albeit with some comfort compromise. Ditch the diabolical dampers for something that actually works.

the best I have felt was my old old boge/sachs shocks and eibach spring set up, no real loss in ride comfort and much improved handling

they are a bit more expensive though and only lower about 25-30mm but you can't have good comfort if you go lower (even the top weitec etc kits lose ride quality at over 40mm)
